1) When booking your item(s) please ensure that you select the first day of your hire period as the day that you wish to receive your order or collect your order by. This is generally 1-2 days prior to your event. Please do not book your first day of hire as the same day as your event.
2) The last day of your hire will be the 4th or the 8th Day of your hire period and will be the day that your hired item(s) is due for return.
The booking Calendar will display the item(s) availability.

We ship via Australia Post Express with Signature on Delivery. Shipping is a Flat rate of $20 this includes the return for your order.
Last minute orders placed before 1pm EST during the weekdays will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 1pm EST will ship on the next Business Day.
Estimated Delivery times to areas throughout Australia as below:
• Metro CBD - 1-3 Days
• Regional - 3-5 Days
• Rural Towns - 5-7 Days

Returns
Returns must be lodged at an Australian Postal Office Store on the last day of your hire period by 0300 pm local time to you. Should the last day of your hire period fall on a Sunday or a Public Holiday your return must be lodged on the First Business Day after your event.
We do not accept returns via Street Post boxes. Returns made via street post boxes maybe subjected to late fees. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more details.
