How to Book

Please use the calendar to select your Hire Period.

1) When booking your item(s) we request that you select the first day of your hire period as the day you wish to receive your order or collect your order by. This is generally 1-2 days prior to your event.

2) The last day of your hire period will be the 4th or the 8th Day of the selected hire period and will be the day that your item(s) will be due for return.

The booking Calendar will display the item(s) availability.


We ship via Australian Post Express with Signature on Delivery. Shipping is a Flat rate of $15 this includes the return for your order.

Estimated Delivery times to Areas throughout Australia as below:

  • CBD - 1-3 Days
  • Regional - 3-5 Days 
  • Rural Towns - 5-14 Days
  • Perth CBD areas shipping is Overnight


Returns must be lodged to an Australian Postal outlet on the last day of your hire period by 3pm local time to you. Should the last day of your hire period fall on a Weekend or Public Holiday returns must be lodged on the First Business day after your event. 

Please note that we do not accept returns via Street Post boxes. Returns made via street post boxes will be subject to late fees. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more details.
