What if you love the garment so much and don’t want to let it go?

Unfortunately, My Bestfriends Wardrobe Style & Hire doesn’t allow customers to keep items from our current borrowing season. However, once the current borrowing season ends MBW Style & Hire will keep record of you interest and will contact you prior to the commencement of an ex rental sale.

What if my item does not arrive on the expected due date?

We ship via Australia post, tracking numbers will be provided prior to shipment, My Bestfriends Wardrobe Style& Hire will track each dress from the day it leaves our Wardrobe to the Day it Returns. For circumstances beyond our control with postage may occur, we will endeavour to track the item down however, if the item does not arrive and it is deemed that the correct shipping address was provided then a full Refund will be issued.

Can I get refund if the garment is the incorrect size or does not suit me?

Being an online dress hire business we cannot offer a Try on service for our interstate customers. Garment measurements & photos of our garments can be provided on demand.  Please take care when selecting your garment as there are no refunds, exchanges or credits for incorrect sizing or a change of mind.

Am I allowed to share my garment with my friends?

The Garment you hire will be at your own responsibility. To avoid the risk of damage we ask that you do not allow your friends to wear or try our garments during your hire term.

What if my event plans change and I can no longer attend the event?

Unforeseen circumstances do happen! If this occurs and the Clients event changes PRIOR to shipping MBW Style & Hire will refund all monies Paid on the Hire up to 14 Days to the client’s event. However, if the garment has been Dispatch and the client’s event plan changes. No refund, credit or exchanges will be available for the Client.

What if the Garment arrives and there are damages?

At My Bestfriends Wardrobe Style & Hire we want nothing more than to provide our clients with Well-maintained and good quality garments.  A Garment Inspection Check will be carried out each time the garment leaves our wardrobe & when the garment returns to us. A copy will be provided in the satchel with the Garments. Once the garment is delivered, clients are encouraged to check over their garments and report any discrepancies to us within 3 hours of receiving.  If we do not hear from you and the garment returns to us damaged, you will be held accountable for the repairs required or replacement of our garment.
